Hablar de desarrollo y las politicas de comunicacion en Africa, es hablar del fenomeno numero 1 en este continente, ya que Africa vive una explosion de medios de comunicacion.
Estos medios estan jugando un papel muy preponderante, pues estan logrando que muchos africanos tengan nuevas visiones y dimensiones, se dice que este esta haciendo un cambio hacia la democratizacion del continente.
Lo cierto es que en Africa los medios siguen muy monopolizados, y si creo que esta dando una nueva perspectiva, pues tanto a nosotros nos permite tener un nuevo panorama de los que ellos son, como a ellos les sirve ver como es que nostros somos, creo que para que esta apertura y para que este proceso sea realmente un proceso democratico, se deben de tener medio de comunicacion, equitativos y no solo con las ideas de los dueños de las emisores o que sea solo el juego de poderes, solo asi el intercambio y la reciprocidad de informacion sera verdadera.

It is most commonly viewed as a culture that has a below average development in various social categories that include health, education, and financial resources. Like most other races, the American culture has created both positive and negative racial stereotypes about the african american culture. Some of the negative stereotypes include gang and crime affiliations. Some of the positive stereotypes include superior atheletic ability and the fact that they maintain a strong sense of family loyalty.
